The "boundless" growth and optimism that once characterized the streaming market is a thing of the past. Growth is no longer driven by new subscribers coming to the market or others willingly signing up for more and more services. Growth now is hard won and comes through stealing share and lowering churn - and by recognizing how different subscribers represent different value and opportunity.
