4:00-4:20 Keynote + Fireside Chat: Super Bundling and The Future of Indirect Channel Distribution for Subscriptions
Growth in the streaming subscription space is increasingly being driven by indirect channel distribution, particularly by the emergence of Super Bundling, where subscriptions from multiple different content providers are offered to consumers as a single-billed, often discounted “Super Bundle” by telcos and other players (according to data from Omdia, 20% of all SVOD subscriptions are already sold through telcos).
Bango recently completed a survey of 5,000 US subscribers, to understand the emerging behaviors and trends when it comes to subscriptions, insights from which will be shared during a short presentation and followed by a fireside chat and a chance to ask questions.
