As VP of Content Service and Partnership, Catherine Zhang has overseen content operations and partnerships at TCL for the past four years. In this role, she has had strategic responsibility for improving engagement, enhancing brand awareness, and driving revenue growth across North America. She was instrumental in establishing TCL's North American online streaming business, working with 200+ major and independent studios to launch content, developing operation strategies and tools, and initiating industry-leading marketing campaigns. She also contributed to the development of TCL's original content.

Prior to TCL, Catherine previously served as director of international content cooperation at Alibaba Group, where she was responsible for developing international content-commerce that facilitated over 100 global top talents/studios engaged in Alibaba’s platforms and drove $1Bn revenue.

Catherine is originally from China and came to the US to pursue her master’s degree at the University of Southern California. She still lives in Downtown LA, a few miles from her school.
