With over 20 years of experience in the management consulting industry, Fred has built a successful track record spanning strategy, operations, and business development across digital media, technology, and telecom clients. He specializes in SVOD / AVOD launch and scaling, having worked with over a dozen leading streaming competitors during his career. Other areas of focus include customer analytics to drive growth, as well as technology partnering and negotiations. Prior to Arthur D. Little, he was a founding partner and the COO of Meridian Advisory Group (MAG), which was acquired by Arthur D. Little in 2021. Before MAG, Fred held roles with IBB Consulting, Gartner, and IBM Global Services. Fred has an MBA from the University of Chicago and a BSFS in International Relations (magna cum laude) from Georgetown University.
