Joey Monjure serves as Frndly TV’s Vice President of Product and Customer Experience, being one of the first employees hired by the four co-founders.  He reports to Frndly TV co-founder and CEO Andy Karofsky.

In his roles, Monjure oversees all aspects of Frndly TV’s customer experience department encompassing all customer service operations, customer retention initiatives, and product development. Those responsibilities include setting the strategy for subscriber and potential subscriber questions and inquiries, resolving technical issues, and training for CX representatives. He is in charge of maximizing the customer lifetime value of Frndly TV subscribers with an emphasis on revenue management, and modeling out strategies to drive executive decisions for retention and pro-active churn management programs. Additionally, he is responsible for all of Frndly TV’s product development and project implementation including the major initiatives focused on growth, revenue, churn, and content discovery/engagement. Monjure is also responsible for all billing operations and management of the software deployment lifecycle.

Prior to joining Frndly TV, Monjure was at DISH Network for more than 5 years where he was promoted numerous times holding various positions responsible for business operations, product management and customer service including Senior Business Operations Manager and Senior Business Operations Analyst.

Monjure graduated from California State University at Chico with a B.A. in History. He holds an MBA from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management. He lives in Denver with his dog, Fitz.
